- How do customers perceive the value proposition of the target company vs. competitors? What are the specific reasons behind why target company has won and lost orders?
- Based on primary research with intermediary customers, what is a realistic outlook for growth in target company’s industry? How is target company’s share expected to change?
- How much pricing power does target company have?
